Shared expenses and automatic splitting
Add an expense and pick who paid; the share is worked out automatically, equal or custom. Attach a receipt photo and set up recurring expenses (rent, internet) once.
Who owes whom
Mutual debts are simplified; everyone's net position and who to pay appear on one screen.
Payment confirmation from both sides
When a payment is made the person owed confirms it, so there is no "I paid" / "I never saw it" argument.
Chores and rotation
Add daily, weekly or monthly chores; whoever is up gets a reminder and finished jobs are ticked off.
Deposit record
Record the deposit and a note; changes need the approval of the rest of the home.
